Through visionary processes of meditation, guided imagery and journeying, we discover tools to replace our energy depleting thought forms with peace, hope and joy for our future and that of the earth. We experience our deep oneness with the universe as as we connect with the spirits and elements of nature itself, honour our ancestors and create ceremony to move into our pure light. As we love, honour and respect nature, we receive nourishing, loving energy back that feeds our soul and helps us to remember who we are. Dance, sing, eat, journey, love and laugh together! We emerge with new ways of being and continue to meet monthly sharing our challenges and our joys with one another. “It is who we “become” that changes the world and our environment, not what we do...” Reading “Medicine for the Earth” by Sandra Ingerman is required and the book is included in the cost of the workshop. Optional: We will gather monthly, on Sundays, from 1-3pm, after the workshop to create a Circle of Light for as we support each other, our community and the beautiful Mother Earth, in our Journey of Life.
